The third in our series on Making Life Easier is about problem-solving. So often we focus on the problem to the exclusion of solutions. That leaves us stuck in the problem. I see this so often in counseling. Life is so much easier when we go proactive and start looking for solutions, or a the very least, doing what we can in the face of difficulty.
